Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Homesplace uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. We also use similar technologies such as local storage where appropriate; references to "cookies" below include these.

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choices. We also measure how the site is used so we can improve it, but we do this with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that set no cookies (see below).

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required for the Service to function and do not need consent.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across other websites. Because it does not store or access information on your device, it falls outside the cookie-consent rules (PECR), and we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the Service. The data is aggregated and does not identify you. See our Privacy policy for more.

4. Managing your preferences

Because we only set strictly-necessary cookies and our analytics are cookieless, there are no optional cookies to switch on or off. You can review this at any time using , or by selecting "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how the Service works — in particular, blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.

5. Third-party services

Our sign-in and session cookies are set via Supabase, and our cookieless analytics are provided by Vercel; both act as our data processors. See our Privacy policy for more about how we handle personal data.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
